Let’s face it, from the USA, to Europe to Australia the 5 largest drug manufacturing companies were pushing the generation of H1N1 vaccines.

The Leveraged Matching Bonus is simply amazing but this one starts to really build your home business residual income for most Agel distributors after year one or two. Here is how it quickly works and I will have a image to help guide you through it as it is a bit difficult to write about, especially without getting overly excited about how the members of my team reacted to it when I introduced it to them. Think of the people you personally enroll into the business, the ones you talk about the opportunity to for the health and wealth benefits and they joined your team; you get 10%-50% of their monthly Team Volume Commission compensation (yes, that’s 10% to 50% of what they make on the Team Volume Commission compensation component – if you fell again off your chair, I apologize. Now think of the people they enroll into the business, how they got their USD 3,000 per month in Team Volume Commission – well, you get 7% of every single person these 10 people enrolled down to the 7 level or generation (this part takes a bit of time, referring to the 1 to two years) – this could be another 100 people at least if they did what you did and now you are starting to grasp the concept of serious residual income and how you can have a home business residual income machine! Until now!
Imagine taking the best aspects of all previously devised compensation plans and creating one where people from the onset can earn extra income, literally the day they enroll. For instance, I was new to the industry and I mean completely new; and also new to health supplements. I was taking vitamin pills and never noticed any difference if I took them or did not take them. To get people building their home based business there are first order bonuses (people you get to join your business and from there build there own) and an executive bonus pool to further assist you with cash flow at the early stages of your building your home business residual income organization. Next there is a rank advanced pool which further benefits you financially as you increase in rank throughout the Agel Enterprises business and this starts at the bottom of the ranks. Then there are 2 perks for people at the 6th level to the 11th level; in my first 13 days, I ranked advanced to the second level, from team member to supervisor and to manager; these perks entail and extra USD 500 to USD 3,000 per month for each your car bonus and your expense bonus (in reality, you can spend or save this money and you don’t need to keep any receipts to get paid them). Another perk entails the annual leadership retreat which is for the 7th to the 11th levels of the organization but there are also other perks throughout the year which can be obtained by people at any level such as the week-long Mediterranean cruise going on several weeks from now; there are a couple to a few of these per year where all levels can attend and I am pretty sure that there will be even more of them every year in the years to come as Agel becomes a household name for the best health supplements in the world, which their products already are the best. There are four main types of compensation plans in the network marketing world and some adhere to multi-level marketing.
They are Stair Step Breakaway, Matrix, Unilevel and Binary compensation plans. The breakaway is how you end up having to continually build and build new legs – awful and no way to build residual income or your home business residual income dream because whenever one of your legs breaks away at a cap, you have to pay more (in the thousands of US$ to keep getting paid at about 5% for that breakaway leg, which usually caps out at $5,000) and if you don’t qualify by purchasing thousands of dollars worth of monthly products your up-line gets the compensation.
The Matrix compensation plan is a lot of work because you, not the people you sponsor, have to build out an entire matrix of people you sponsored; be it a 5×5 or 5×25. This compensation plan defies the concept of teaching people how to fish and go fishing on their own and getting paid for their own efforts. Next the Unilevel plan was introduced and this one is a good plan as it does not have the breakaway leg concept and one does not have to build out an entire matrix themselves, but the various forms of compensation are limited; one can definitely create residual income with the Unilevel compensation plan but another plan is better. The binary compensation plan was introduced in the 1990s and early 2000s. This plan has you build two legs and you get paid on the weaker of the two legs; the issue is that this is the only way you get compensated – you build one of your legs and your up-line builds the other leg. The concept is simple but the compensation is not very lucrative. How about a combination of the binary with some of the benefits of the Unilevel, but many more compensation plans within.
