Not everyone was cut out to be an entrepreneur. Take a franchise opportunity; this is hard work and it comes with headaches including managing employees, employee turnover, seasonality, business cycles, inventory management, and several other costs to manage. Let’s face it, the unemployment rate is not going to be cut in half any time soon and chances are it will never be like a few years ago.
