Ingested sunscreen before tanning outdoors or use of a tanning bed for skin cancer prevention.

The idea for using sunscreen, with various SPF levels is to prevent your skin from getting burned by tanning or use of a tanning bed and eventual skin cancer.
Yes, the companies which sell tanning beds want you to use a tanning bed because they claim that vitamin D is good for the human body and there is no question about that. Vitamin D is a necessity and exposure to sunlight from tanning or use of a tanning bed will provide vitamin D which can be absorbed by your skin.
The tanning salons which promote the use of a tanning bed advertise that it saves time over tanning in the sun and that tanning in a tanning bed provides a more even color on the skin. These salons also sell and recommend using accelerators to get your skin darker faster but these products which are applied to the skin contain chemicals and toxins as expected and in time do more damage to the skin than you would have dreamed of for a healthy looking dark tan. It’s a fact that tanning, be it indoors with the use of a tanning bed or in the natural sunlight by tanning at the beach or by a pool or in your backyard or anywhere else for that matter can lead to skin cancer over time; some people apply topical SPF lotions, creams, or oils to their skin to protect the skin from overexposure and such products do provide protection but many if not all contain parabens or chemicals which are toxins which damages your skin. If you want to go tanning or use a tanning bed, don’t apply anything topically which in all likelihood contains parabens and toxins which can be very unhealthy for your skin, but instead ingest your SPF protection with an all natural ingested gel which contains turmeric, lecithin, lutein and CoQ10. This breakthrough in skin care will protect your skin from the harmful rays which tanning outdoors or in a tanning bed deliver and will also enable your skin to be rejuvenated at the same time – eliminating fine lines, wrinkles, deep creases and acne scars with revitalizing your collagen fibers. Of course, you could avoid tanning outdoors or in a tanning bed, but we all have our vices and one of them may be to have that golden tan. So when you’re tanning or using a tanning bed, be sure that you have previously ingested the breakthrough anti aging skin care product in a suspended gel named GLO and avoid skin cancer while still getting the vitamin D (for vitamin D, take a look at MIN with 12 essential vitamins and 10 essential minerals – also in a suspended ingested matrix gel).
